3. Ownership
3.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, reviews, business information).
You grant us a licence to use, reproduce, host, edit (for formatting), and display your content solely for delivering the services.
3.2 Our Platform & Website
We own the website templates, layout, codebase, systems, and platform used to create and host your website.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the website while your subscription is active.
The website build is not sold to you and cannot be transferred to another provider.
3.3 Domains
- Domains purchased or registered by us remain our property.
- You may purchase the domain for a nominal transfer fee if you cancel your subscription.
- Domains you already own and connect to our platform remain entirely yours.
4. Business Email
If your email service is provided through our hosting or through a domain supplied by us, that email service will end when your subscription is cancelled. To continue using email, you will need to migrate hosting to another provider.
5. Payment & Renewal
- Fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise at sign-up.
- Services may be suspended or terminated for late or non-payment.
- All fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK law or explicitly agreed in writing.

- Not use your website for spam, fraud, or malicious activity;
- Keep your login credentials secure.

9. Warranties & Liability
